What method do you use for cleaning?

The method we use for cleaning is hot dry vapor (low humidity steam). We use Fortador Steamer, powered by Lamborghini. Hot steam and a specially formulated cleaning solution are injected deep within the carpet fibers.  Then, a powerful suction extracts deep-down dirt, allergens, cleaning solution and 95% of the moisture.  It’s the cleaning method most recommended by carpet manufacturers. We also use steam to wash hard surfaces like paint of the car, gelcoat of boat etc.The easiest explanation of difference is douche or sauna, the result and level of cleaning is higher, also complimentary sanitizing thanks for hot temperature

Is it safe for my car paint?

Yes, we combine Steam technology with polymer based soaps to avoid any new swirls or marks on your paint, and we use only new or clean microfiber towels to remove dirt from your car.

How I can get the service?

You have 2 options:
1. Drive to our center at 11705 Biscayne any day before 3PM to get same day service or before 5PM to get estimate, usually service take 90-120 minutes.
2. Make appointment in our shop or at any convenient address using our STEAM WASH app, you can choose any services and extras inside the app, date and time.

Will you leave my interior complete dry after service?

We use hot dry steam, and your carpets or upholstery will be 95% dry, if you will drive your car same day dry time can take up to 4 hours, affected by current humidity, temperature and air flow,One of the easiest way to get car completely dry is to use you’re a/C system on max heat for 60-90 minutes with windows open.

Do I need to prep my car for steam detailing?
Nothing special is needed, but if you have anything valuable, please, put it in glove compartment, Miami Total Steam Detailing Center takes every precaution to safeguard your car and its contents, but WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for articles left in vehicle unless brought to our attention before steaming. Save time of our detailers for making decision about value for you of missed papers or notes, PLEASE REMOVE ALL VALUABLES.  We are not liable for damage to non-factory accessories including NON-FACTORY PAINT.
Are you delivering the same level of detailing in the Detailing Center and Mobile?
Our vans have same equipment and chemicals that we use in the shop - Fortador Steamer, so quality will be the same, but you can get up to 20% in saving if you come to the shop and save our time to travel to your home or office.
But some of our services, like paint correction and ceramic coatings, are available only at the Detailing Center.
